Purchases are shipped from our office in Newcastle by Australia Post within 2 business days from receipt of your order. We try our best to get orders shipped within the 2 business days, but please note that throughout December, it may take 3 business days for orders to be shipped.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary. The above are only estimates for delivery times in non-peak mail seasons. We are not responsible for slow mail delivery. Payments via PayPal eCheque will not be shipped until the payment has been cleared.
Customs / Import Fees
Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. This applies to both ‘Free Shipping’ and ‘Tracked Shipping’ services that we offer. Unclaimed packages due to non-payment of Customs or Import fees will incur a full deduction of any Shipping Charges (including 'Free Shipping' option) plus a 20% handling fee. Import /customs fees is NOT a charge collected or paid for by us.

Please be advised, that Bad Witch cannont be held responsible if you have provided incorrect address (shipping) details. If you have made a mistake in your shipping address - please contact us immediately, as orders are sent out as soon as possible. While every care is taken to notice important emails regarding shipping address change - due to the volume of emails we receive, we cannot guarentee that your email will be read prior to your order being shipped. We rely on our customers to provide correct shipping details - so please check details before your submit your order.
