Please note that Bad Witch does NOT give refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
To qualify for an exchange or refund you must contact Bad Witch within 48 Hours of receiving your order via email firstname.lastname@example.org and return the order via a traceable postage method within 7 days.
The cost of returning any goods to us is borne by the customer (you). We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is damaged or faulty.
We will only accept goods returned in proper condition as set out below:
- Contact has been made within 48 Hours of receiving your order
- The goods are shipped to us by a tracable means within 7 days from the date the goods were delivered to you
- The original tags (if any) have not been removed
- The goods have not been worn, used, washed, soiled or damaged
- In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods
- For health reasons earings cannot be returned
- There are no returns or exchanges on sale items
The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or applied to your account as store credit once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
If items do not meet above conditions, you will be responsible for our cost of shipping the garments back to you.
All items are checked prior to shipping and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery, however if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, we will provide you with a replacement (where available) or a full refund of the purchase amount including shipping, provided the item is returned, by tracable means, within 7 days with proof of purchase.
Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion, transaction fees, import taxes etc. will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.
We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged.
Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Terms and Conditions
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs or transaction fees. We do NOT accept change of mind refunds/exchanges. All sales are final.
